Thrill of The Chase!
If you're a regular user of Zwift you've probably felt that pang in your gut when someone passes you at high speeds, making you feel like a slug! Then that sense of excitement when you pass fellow Zwifters one, after another, after another! To challenge yourself and to break up the routine, make it a chase day. A day to chase down other Zwifters. You may find that it makes for a great interval workout, helps time fly, and can be tons of fun! Who doesn't love the thrill of the case? Just ask this guy!
Sprints...They're Not Just for Triathlons Anymore!
Another way you might add a challenge to your workout is by taking advantage of the Sprint races that many of the Zwift courses offer. Sprint races can also offer you a chance to build intervals into your workout. Not only that, if you win, you get a bright green Zwift jersey and your name up in lights! (well on screen!). Oftentimes, it takes a great deal of strength and speed to beat out hundreds of other Zwifters for that number one spot! And watch out, there's always someone looking to take your title and jersey! Sprints can be a fun addition to your ride!

How About a Workout????
Are you one of those people who like to control your workouts....a.k.a. "the control freak"? Just kidding...we all want to get the best out of ourselves and our workouts and Zwift offers those of us who have specific training needs, the ability to create a customized workout. A workout that fits your training plan, your schedule, and your fitness level is right at your fingertips (or mouse tips) with Zwift! If you're not comfortable building your own workout, there are pre-defined workouts for you to choose from as well, just pick torture....eh.....workout. If you're interested in learning more about this feature in Zwift, just visit the Zwift Insider, this site gives you step-by-step instructions as well as a video tutorial on how to choose workouts or create your own customized workout.
