Born in England in the United Kingdom I grew up from an early age swimming competitively with my local town swim squad. After years of hard work and dedication I progressed to training for and competing many times at the National Swimming Championships for the City of Bristol National Swimming Team. During this time I also ran for the South-West of England at track and cross-country in countless events breaking the 800m and 1500m records around the country and competing in the Englaish Cross Country Championships. From this platform I began my triathlon career winning races around the UK and achieving 2nd place at the junior British Triathlon Championships.

After a very extensive training and racing upbringing throughout my childhood and teen years I began studying at the University of Bath for Sports Performance/Coaching Education whilst continuing to train full time with the prestigious TeamBath development program. After graduating and improving on my athletic performance I jetted off to Australia at the age of 24 to train and race professionally around the globe alongside some of the best athletes and coaches the sport has ever seen. During this time I achieved my Australian Network personal training and fitness instructors qualification working with clients around the gym environment in Sydney.

My experience in the sport prepared me to compete professionally for many years achieving multiple podium place finishes at 70.3 Ironman, Rev 3, 5150 and Challenge triathlon events. In addition to this I have represented Great Britain as a professional triathlete in the 70.3 World Championships numerous times

In addition to my racing career I also own and coach at Hadley Racing, LLC - a coaching company which trains clients ranging from all abilities to improve their life, performance, health and well-being. Hadley Racing primarily focuses on swimming, biking and running to enhance the fitness and performance of it's clients.
